SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All shipping is made with ACS courier service. The shipping is made on all territory of Cyprus (EU). There are two possible shipping solutions:
ACS Door delivery: - to have your order delivered to your door please select your zip code for Cyprus, then select the street from available selection. Please indicate your house number, flat or block number. Extra delivery details can be mentioned in the order details. HLC.COM.CY does not hold the responsibility for if some addresses are missing in the selection query, those are automatically updated from civil registry. In this case please select the nearest address and add details in the corresponding line.

Door delivery costs: the basic price is 10 Euros extra to your order price. For all orders that are over 200 Euros the door delivery is free.
Please allow 2-5 full business days for your order to be processed, shipped and delivered.
You will receive your ACS tracking number to your registered telephone as soon as your order will be shipped from the HL Shop. For remote areas, deliveries will always be made during mornings. For all other areas deliveries, will be made mornings & afternoons.
ACS Courier will call you at registered telephone number to arrange a delivery.
ACS Shop delivery: - to have your order delivered at the nearest ACS shop please select your nearest point of delivery from the list available. You will receive your ACS tracking number to your registered telephone number as soon as your order will be shipped from the shop. You will receive a message from ACS to a registered number as soon as your order reaches the destination.
ACS shop delivery costs: the basic price is 5 Euros extra to your order price. For all orders that are over 50 Euros the ACS shop delivery is free.

International Orders
HLC.COM.CY do make shipments to the Greece with ACS courier service. To make international shipment please contact us on sales@hlc.com.cy.
Greece delivery costs: ACS always delivers to your doors in Greece. The price of delivery depends on the number of products delivered. The starting Greece delivery fee is 15 euros (1-3 products) and +5 Euros for every extra product added to delivery (meaning 4 and more products). Free delivery for orders over 350 Euros.
Greece delivery address: Please fill in the delivery address in the corresponding boxes: City, Area/District, Zip code, Street name, Building number, Flat/Block number.
