RETURNS POLICY

If you would like to return an item, you can do it by one of the following methods:

Return to our store: (link). Please take the purchase receipt with you.

Return via ACS: Please pack the product in the carton box or any kind of durable material to prevent transportation damage. Products with damaged packaging are non-refundable. Please put the original purchase receipt into the shipment. Please send the product you wish to return to the following address:

Please select: Receiver pays the delivery (applicable only for ACS courier service)

We strongly recommend using the ACS courier service for best delivery and return timings. The delivery date is the date you passed the product to the courier service.

Note: if you wish to return a part of the purchase, please make a copy of your purchase receipt and present it with the returnable item.

Returns Terms:

Returns are accepted within 30 days with the presence of original receipt at the price that the item was bought. 

The return slip must always be included along with the products that you wish to return.

The price of the returned item will be refunded back to the credit card used for the transaction as soon as your return is processed. It might take up to 14 days to refund the amount to your credit card.
 
Important: Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
